ABOUT ME

I founded this practice to provide more personal, flexible, and efficient service to clients of all sizes, adding value with my unmatched experience (over $40 billion in transaction value to date).
I was a partner at Sheppard Mullin for 12 years and at Brown Raysman for six years before that.
During Web 1.0, I founded Passport New Media, raising $7.5 million in venture capital and launching our critically acclaimed children's Internet service, Your Own World.

Prior to forming Passport, I served as Vice President & General Counsel at americast, a joint venture of The Walt Disney Corporation and several of the Baby Bell telephone companies to develop interactive digital television services. I started my career at Irell & Manella.
