Personal Information
I don't collect personal information through this site. If you email me, I may retain your name and email address and other contact information that you include in the email (such as your address and phone number). I may use this information for marketing and business development purposes, including communicating with you from time to time about developments in the law or my practice. I won't share your personal information with others except as provided below. I won’t share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
If you are not a current client, any information you send me may not be confidential or privileged – so don’t include that type of information in any of your communications with me.
If you want me to delete your personal information, email me at brian@brianpasslaw.com and I will, unless I need to retain the information for legal or ethical reasons. If you want to opt out of receiving communications from me and you are not a client, email me at the same address. Also email me if you want to update your contact information.
This site (which is created and hosted through a third-party provider) does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Other Information
Service providers, such as my web hosting and email hosting and practice management providers may use cookies and other technologies (including third-party technologies) to analyze visitors’ actions on the site. Typically, this information does not identify you personally. They might report this information in aggregate form to me.
Sharing and Disclosing Your Information
Third-party services providers, such as web hosting and email hosting providers, may store your information on my behalf.
I may disclose your information if I believe I am legally or ethically obligated to do so.
If I merge with another firm, add other attorneys to my practice or sell my practice, I may disclose your personal information with the other attorneys involved.

This site is not intended for children. I don’t intentionally collect information from or about children under the age of 16. I will delete any such information that I inadvertently collect.

I use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. The service providers I use to store and maintain your information also do the same. However, no measures are 100% effective and I can’t guarantee the security of any information you transmit to me.
Data Processing in the U.S.
Your information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers and databases located outside your state, province or country. If you are located outside of the United States, you agree that information may be processed and stored in the United States. The laws in the United States may not be as protective of your privacy as those in your location.
